Your tasks

About the Role
Join our innovative Shared Services Center in Gdańsk as a (Senior) Accounts Payable Accountant. In this role, you will manage end-to-end AP processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to process improvements in an international environment.

✔ Process and post supplier invoices, credit memos, and recurring documents in SAP
✔ Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts, including employee expense reports and corporate card transactions
✔ Support month-end and year-end closing, prepare business evaluations and variance analyses
✔ Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc reporting

Your profile

✔ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✔ Solid knowledge of accounting principles
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in AP or similar role
✔ Advanced English and communicative German
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and SAP FI/CO
✔ Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international team
