Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Design and configure Flexible Planning Areas (SAP7F), Order-Based Planning Profiles, and related planning area structures.
• Implement order-based heuristics, optimizers, and planning algorithms for supply and deployment planning.
• Set up and manage Real-Time Integration (RTI) with SAP S/4HANA, enabling synchronized operational and supply planning.
• Configure supply planning runs with switchable constraints, allocation creation, and propagation logic.
• Develop and maintain master data extensibility, reconciliation processes, and planning area consistency.
• Execute constrained and unconstrained algorithms including heuristics, prioritization, optimization, and supply usage analysis.
• Model and apply constraints across production, transportation, and storage resources, enabling realistic planning outputs.
• Create and manage short-term deployment runs, operational supply plans, gating factor analysis, planner workspace insights, projected stock analysis, and response planning evaluations.
• Integrate SAP IBP with external systems using CPI-DS and RTI, develop simulation scenarios, compare outcomes using Excel and Web UI dashboards, and support synchronized planning with SAP S/4HANA for production and detailed scheduling.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• SAP IBP certifications including IBP800, IBP700, and IBP200.
• Experience in industries with complex supply chains such as Chemicals, Pharma, FMCG, or similar sectors.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IBP Response & Supply, Order-Based Planning (OBP), and Real-Time Integration (RTI).
• Proficiency in planning algorithms such as heuristics, optimization, prioritization, and propagation heuristics.
• Strong knowledge of integrations with SAP S/4HANA, CPI-DS, and RTI setup.
• Experience in data modelling, planning area configuration, flexible data models, and master data management.
• Skilled in Excel-based planning views, SAP IBP Web UI, and dashboarding tools.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, UAT execution, and stakeholder support.

• Demonstrate hands‑on proficiency in Order-Based Planning (OBP), Real-Time Integration (RTI) with SAP S/4HANA, and deployment planning, enabling accurate and responsive supply planning processes.
• Support solution design, ongoing system improvements, and full-cycle implementations, ensuring robust planning outcomes and seamless integration across business and technical teams.
