Your Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Asset Systems Administrator. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and training of the Group’s CMMS/EAM system, while driving initiatives to improve system utilisation and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the Group’s CMMS/EAM system, including user access and platform compliance.
  • Identify and prioritise system enhancements, engaging stakeholders for input and feedback.
  • Develop and implement change management processes to support compliance and digitalisation of manual workflows.
  • Lead asset data validation projects to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and maintain BI reporting to deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making across operations.

What Sets You Apart


We are looking for a systems-savvy professional with experience or qualifications in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Asset Management, or Systems Administration.

You will bring:

  • Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM platforms and database management (e.g.  SQL).
  • Strong understanding of asset management standards and best practices.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
