Plumber-Six Senses The Palm Dubai

As Plumber, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:  

• Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.  
• Repair and maintain plumbing, replace defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and opening clogged drains.  
• Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring.  
• Carry out maintenance of structural metal fixtures of buildings as per the scheduled maintenance program and preventive maintenance program.
• Keeps record of assignments and produce detailed work reports.  
• Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times.  
• Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.  
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.  
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.  

Qualifications

To execute the position of Plumber, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting.  

Technical skills include conducting inspections, audits and investigations. Knowledge in installing of equipment.

Fluent in English language.
