Foundry Production Supervisor 4:00 am-shift

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our Foundry team for the 4:00 a.m. shift. This role provides hands-on leadership of the core-making operation, ensuring production targets are met at the start of the day while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The successful candidate will lead early-morning startup activities, coordinate staffing and workflow, address production or equipment issues, and set expectations for the shift to support overall plant performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field, preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
