🌟 What you’ll do

As a key member of our CHC Global Quality team, you will:

Lead and conduct GxP audits across CHC sites, development centres, affiliates, CDMOs, and suppliers—primarily in Europe.

Deliver high-quality audit reports and ensure timely follow-up on findings and CAPAs.

Support global transversal audits and contribute to regulatory inspection readiness across the region.

Mentor and train new auditors, helping to build a strong, diverse, and capable global audit team.

Provide expert guidance on GxP compliance to local teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay ahead of evolving regulations, ensuring our practices align with global standards and internal policies.

Foster knowledge-sharing and training across the European Quality network to strengthen compliance culture.

✅ What you bring

We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced environment:

10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management and auditing, with a strong GxP foundation.

Certified GxP auditor with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in GMP/GDP environments.

Broad knowledge of regulatory standards across CHC drug products, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and medical devices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and make sound compliance decisions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills—able to work across cultures and functions.

A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).

Fluent English is essential; French or other European languages are a plus.
