  • Define product vision and strategy for customer onboarding, aligning with bank goals.
  • Conduct user research and collaborate with business teams to identify customer needs.
  • Translate strategy into detailed requirements for digital and in-branch onboarding.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations like KYC, working closely with business product managers.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure onboarding success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for customer needs and act as a subject matter expert on customer profiles.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Balance rapid improvements with long-term strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product delivery.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and user journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, especially KYC, is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Azure) is preferred.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
