Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, processing contractor submissions and response, shared drive management, report compilation, meeting coordination and filing
- Assist in overall co-ordination and reporting of staff expenditure, updating staff training and leave records, handling business travel arrangement, processing invoices from consultants/vendors and managing computer-based examination system
- Support the relevant information systems such as Corporate Time Sheet System, Corporate Travel Requisitions, Staff Reimbursement Claim System, Fund Control System, training and qualification, Document Management System (DOMS), Operations Projects Engineering Management System and other Corporate e-platform as required
- Provide support on other administrative work as assigned
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages
- A minimum 4 years' relevant experience
- Be meticulous and able to work independently on office administrative duties
- Experience in dealing with stakeholder enquiries and awareness of process improvement
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese and English word processing
- Good command of written English and Chinese
Remarks
- Candidates with less experience but higher qualification will also be considered
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
