Your Journey with UsWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong expertise in process automation and SharePoint to join our team. This office-based role combines general administrative responsibilities with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint to support efficient business operations and collaborative workflows.
How you will Make an ImpactThis is a dynamic role that requires an energetic individual who is motivated by a thriving working environment. Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise Excel workbooks, including creating macros and automating repetitive tasks to streamline processes.
  • Design, implement, and manage SharePoint sites and document libraries to improve information sharing and collaboration across teams.
  • Automate business processes using SharePoint workflows, and Excel VBA to enhance operational efficiency and implement the related controls to safeguard the underlying data.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions, Power BI and SharePoint-integrated tools.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation leveraging SharePoint and Excel capabilities.
  • Perform day-to-day office administration tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling, formatting documents, and managing filing systems.
Let’ s Talk About YouThe role requires strong organisational and time management skills to execute administrative duties around various projects.
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role with a focus on process automation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online/On-Premises, including site management, document libraries, permissions, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 automation and reporting tools (such as Power Automate, Power BI and VBA/macro development) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity to explore and implement automation and collaboration solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in an office environment.
