1. Content Creation
- Assist in creating engaging social media posts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop creative content for various platforms (YT, Instagram, FB, TikTok).
- Focus on 5%+ improvement in post engagement metrics through innovative content ideas.
2. Content Planning & Scheduling
- Ensure timely scheduling of posts according to the content plan.
- Maintain 100% adherence to the content calendar and deadlines.
3. Community Engagement
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages on social media.
- Aim for a 90%+ response rate to foster community interaction.
- Monitor follower feedback and highlight insights to the senior team for strategy refinement.
4. Trend Research & Implementation
- Stay updated on current social media trends and recommend content ideas to capitalize on them.
- Identify 2-3 trends per month that align with brand identity for potential content opportunities.
5. Collaboration with Team
- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and the content team to ensure cohesive content output.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Provide input during team brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas.
7. Brand Storytelling
- Craft compelling captions, stories, and short-form content that align with the brand’s storytelling approach.
- Focus on creating authentic content that enhances the brand's personality and engages the audience.
8. Visual Content Support
- Work with the design team to create simple graphics, story templates, and short-form videos.
- Ensure high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand aesthetic.
