Graphic Designer

Crystalbrook Collection is looking for a multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer who is ready to challenge convention, elevate experiences and bring our brands to life in unique ways. Based in Surry Hills with a short walk from the Central Station, this role executes across the entire Crystalbrook Collection portfolio. You will Support brand-level initiatives and individual properties across Australia.

From hotels and resorts to restaurants, bars and future developments, your work will be seen, felt and experienced by guests at every touchpoint.

The role

As a key member of the Marketing team, this role will deliver high-impact, brand-aligned creative across print, digital, still and motion. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team and other key stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual storytelling.

Naturally, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple brands and projects, while maintaining consistency, craft and creative excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating engaging creative across print, digital, social, motion and still formats
• Translating Crystalbrook Collection's brands into bold, thoughtful and guest-centric design
• Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to interpret briefs and develop concepts
• Supporting new hotels and venues with strong visual identity execution
• Championing smart use of automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency
• Preparing artwork for production across digital channels, media partners and print suppliers
• Working closely with printers and external partners
• Supporting the evolution and integrity of Crystalbrook Collection's brand systems across a growing portfolio

About You

You’re a confident, curious and commercially minded designer who enjoys working across multiple brands and disciplines. Energised by hospitality, travel and lifestyle design you understand that great creative doesn't just look good but plays a direct role in guest experience and revenue growth.

You bring:

• Strong experience across digital design, including working with video asset for social
• Developed capability across print design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• A working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and automation workflows that support efficient design production
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Experience within hospitality, travel, retail, lifestyle, entertainment or multi-brand environments is highly regarded but not essential.
