Key Responsibilities
Presales Leadership & Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary solutions advisor and trusted partner for WWT clients evaluating or adopting Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions.
- Lead executive-level conversations on AI strategy, business value, ROI, and organizational change, positioning Copilot as a catalyst for productivity and innovation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify, shape, and close new business opportunities, leveraging competitive intelligence and industry insights to differentiate WWT’s offerings.
- Design and present compelling solution architectures, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements that showcase the transformative potential of Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Guide clients through the presales journey—from initial discovery and needs assessment to solution design, proposal development, and technical validation.
Solution Architecture & Customization
- Develop and implement Copilot adoption roadmaps, including governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices tailored to each client’s needs.
- Help customers understand using Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to build, configure, and deploy custom Copilot agents and automated workflows that address unique business challenges.
- Help customers understand integrate Copilot with existing business processes, ensuring seamless user experiences and maximizing the value of Microsoft 365 investments.
- Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions on responsible AI use, security, and data governance, empowering clients to adopt AI safely and effectively.
- Stay current with Microsoft’s AI roadmap, Copilot advancements, and WWT’s strategic priorities, continuously evolving solution offerings to meet market demands.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product/technology presales, solution architecture, or technology consulting, with a strong track record in Microsoft 365, AI, and automation platforms.
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders, drive strategic technology conversations, and deliver business outcomes.
- Expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience designing and deploying custom AI solutions and integrating them with automated workflows.
- Strong understanding of organizational change management, adoption strategies, and responsible AI practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
