We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our property in Italian Village, Lusso. The Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of maintenance and grounds at our property. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Full oversite and accountability for maintenance team

• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order. 

• Delegate, address, and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring work orders are completed thoroughly and efficiently

• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards. 

• Participate in on-call rotation 

• Maintain the overall appearance of the property 

• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests in Entrata.  

• Effectively communicate with residents, property management, and leasing staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and a high level of resident satisfaction 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property maintenance 

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems 

• HVAC certified or willing to obtain certification 

• CPO certified or willing to obtain CPO certification if pool maintenance is needed

• Basic Carpentry Skills

• Ability to work an on call rotation schedule
