About the role

We are looking for a Semi-Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend depending on business needs.

You will have the opportunity to work in a global talent environment, sourcing and hiring the best candidates across Europe, the US, and LATAM, for roles in Tech, Marketing, and Publishing, among others.

We are growing, and this position will be key in helping us hire amazing talent. 

Your Impact and Core Focus

• Own end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned vacancies, ensuring speed and quality

• Lead intake conversations with Hiring Managers to clarify role requirements, seniority, and interview processes

• Screen inbound applications and actively source candidates, focusing on new sourcing approaches

• Conduct preliminary interviews and build shortlists to present to Hiring Managers

• Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, receiving guidance and feedback, while being expected to operate independently and take full ownership of your scope

• Collaborate with Local HR Managers, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidates in our ATS and use automations to reduce manual administration

• Maintain strong pipeline visibility and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Recruiter for at least 3 years

• Strong screening and interviewing skills

• Hands-on experience with active sourcing, especially for hard-to-fill roles

• Experience working with an ATS

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to work autonomously with clear ownership and accountability

• Experience working in a global or distributed organisation

• Motivation to work with recruitment automation and process improvement using AI

• Strong drive to deliver results, improve processes, and continuously raise the bar on hiring quality and speed

This is a full-time position on a 6-month contract, paid in USD, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
