Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our global Legal team, based across the US and Ukraine. In this role, you’ll support corporate and HR legal matters across multiple jurisdictions and work closely with colleagues worldwide on a wide range of legal topics.
You’ll handle cross-jurisdictional work, collaborate with experienced legal teammates, and contribute to legal initiatives that directly support how we operate globally.

What you'll be working on:

• Provide legal support for corporate, HR, tax, and administrative matters across our hubs (US, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Philippines) and beyond.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs and services agreements, in collaboration with the global legal team.
• Maintain and improve standard employment documents, contracts, and internal policies globally.
• Deliver clear, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Support special legal projects such as M&A, opening new hubs, and complex employment projects.

What we expect from you:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in law; additional legal qualifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of legal experience in a law firm, Big Four, or technology-driven company.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is an absolute must.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in a language other than English is an advantage.
