Who You AreWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to support recruiting for clinical roles during a period of growth. This is a project-based, independent contractor engagement, responsible for delivering qualified clinical candidate pipelines.
What You’ll Do• Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, hiring priorities, and timelines.• Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit.• Present qualified candidates and hiring insights to hiring stakeholders.• Provide market insights related to clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
Compensation: $100 per hour, up to 15 hours per week
What You’ll Need• 3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience (Minimum of 1 year in telemedicine).• Experience with startups/new companies is preferred.• Proven experience recruiting licensed clinical professionals.• Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements.• Ability to independently manage multiple clinical searches.• Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Experience working with ATS platforms and clinical recruiting tools.
