As a Marketing Technology Product Manager at Splitero, you will own the roadmap and strategy for Splitero’s marketing technology stack, with a core focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. You will translate growth and lifecycle goals into clear, buildable work, partnering closely with a Senior Marketing Cloud Engineer, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to deliver measurable impact from lead through origination and post-funding. Reporting to the VP of Product & Engineering, this role is responsible for owning MarTech infrastructure as a core part of the product lifecycle.

  • Own the product roadmap for marketing technology, centered on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and its integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, and CRMA.
  • Translate lifecycle, acquisition, and engagement strategies into well-defined epics, user stories, and tickets with clear acceptance criteria, data requirements, and success metrics.
  • Define and maintain lifecycle journeys and stages, ensuring they are consistently represented across Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and analytics tools.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Cloud Engineer to design and prioritize new journeys, automations, and data flows, balancing speed of delivery with long-term architectural quality.
  • Collaborate with Product and Analytics stakeholders to ensure all product and marketing initiatives ship with measurement baked in, including required events, funnel metrics, and reporting views.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to gather requirements, refine scope, and make tradeoffs that align MarTech work with company-level goals.
  • Drive governance and best practices for how marketing technology is used: naming conventions, data contracts, documentation standards, and guardrails to avoid shadow automation.
  • Monitor performance of lifecycle programs and platform capabilities, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and prioritize iterative improvements based on data.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for MarTech within Product & Engineering, clearly communicating priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs to stakeholders across the company.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, ensuring new capabilities are rolled out as MVPs, validated with data, and evolved rather than treated as one-off projects.
  • Constantly look for ways to innovate with AI technologies and evaluate new products and tools to improve homeowner experience and internal workflows.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About You

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on marketing technology, marketing operations platforms, or internal growth/platform tools in SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce-based ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, or CRMA), with enough depth to reason about data models, objects, and integrations even if you are not the primary implementer.
  • Strong comfort with analytics and funnels: you can define events, KPIs, and reporting needs, and work effectively with analysts and engineers to make lifecycle performance visible and actionable.
  • Demonstrated ability to write high-quality tickets and product requirements that connect business goals to technical implementation details, especially for lifecycle journeys and tracking.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders, mediating competing priorities, and making clear, data-informed tradeoffs.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and marketing performance measurement concepts (attribution, cohort analysis, top-of-funnel vs lifecycle metrics) and how they connect to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between marketing language and technical language, and to drive clarity and alignment in a remote-first environment.
  • Candidates must be located in the United States. Working timezone in PST or MST preferred.
  • Ability to break down complex technical problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Desire to participate in fast-paced early-stage startup
  • Team-Oriented: Prioritizes collaboration, inclusivity, and teammate support

About Us

Millions of homeowners in today’s economy are sitting on substantial home equity they are unable to access due to rising interest rates and strict qualification requirements of traditional lenders. That means millions of homeowners can’t convert their hard-earned equity into cash to pay off debt, start a home renovation, or pad their retirement to better their lives.

Splitero co-founders Michael Gifford and David Zvaifler witnessed the problem firsthand throughout their real estate careers. They set out to create a win-win product that could help those homeowners access their home equity but not make monthly payments like traditional financing options. And thus, Splitero was born.

As part of our team, you will join our quest to revolutionize the real estate industry while helping families in need. We offer a suite of benefits designed to help you thrive in all areas of life.

  • Fully Remote Team - Our remote-first culture allows us to hire the best people, regardless of location.
