The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring an Electrical Engineer on a permanent basis on our Project Engineering team in Regina, SK.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to projects by designing, developing, and delivering electrical systems, equipment, and technologies that meet operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation including detailed reports, diagrams, and specifications to support project approvals and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance, making decisions on short-term assignments and ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other engineering disciplines to maintain schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards.
  • Conduct research to identify best practices and implement process improvements while promoting a strong culture of safety in all work.

Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will collaborate closely with our Lead Electrical Technician and engineers within the multi-discipline Project Engineering team. You will also work alongside our Project Managers and partner with other areas of the refinery to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Electrical Engineering and:

  • Have 4+ years of directly related experience, ideally within an industrial setting. Experience with large electrical projects is strongly preferred.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or equivalent (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng).
  • Have a proven ability to assess complex electrical challenges and develop safe, efficient, and practical solutions.
  • Have experience working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
