The Marketing Analytics team at MobilityWare is seeking a Data Analyst to support and scale our user acquisition (UA) and growth initiatives through deep analytical insights and hands-on campaign operations. Reporting to senior analytics leadership, this role partners closely with Marketing and Product teams to evaluate performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost-efficient growth across multiple titles and channels. In this role, you will develop expertise in performance marketing analytics, experimentation, and industry-leading UA tools while directly influencing growth strategy and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and analytical support to lead analysts and the Marketing UA team on both routine and ad-hoc requests, including UA market research, performance and creative analysis, experiment design and evaluation, dashboarding, and data quality investigations.
- Operate and optimize UA campaigns by managing budget pacing and monitoring performance across multiple games and acquisition channels.
- Analyze campaign results and surface actionable insights on key metrics such as ROAS, CPI, retention, LTV, and install volume.
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to improve UA strategy, targeting, creative performance, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product partners to identify scalable growth opportunities and inform roadmap decisions.
- Proactively generate new analytical ideas and frameworks to improve UA measurement, experimentation, and decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert on third-party marketing data and intelligence platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Sensor Tower, ad networks), ensuring best-in-class usage and insights.
Qualifications for Position:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Math, Economics or in Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science coursework
- Advanced experience with SQL skills / Python
- 2+ years’ Work Experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, marketing / product analytics or eCommerce
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience with statistical inference and advanced analytics techniques
- Ability to work productively with others in a highly collaborative manner across multiple teams

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $90,000-$115,000.
