Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative Marketing Specialist to join Catalogic Software. In this role, you’ll work to grow our presence globally, helping position our data protection portfolio — including DPX and CloudCasa — as the go-to choice for modern backup, recovery, and cyber resilience.

You’ll help build brand awareness, create content people actually want to read, and support marketing programs that strengthen our market position.

Your key responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content in English across channels (articles, blog posts, case studies, press releases, website copy, product messaging, and other marketing materials) — including content supporting DPX and CloudCasa
• Support the development and execution of our Social Media presence
• Manage website content and help coordinate updates and improvements (with an eye for clarity, UX, and conversion)
• Coordinate online and offline events (webinars, meetups, conferences, partner activities)
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) and external agencies/partners
• Contribute to external email campaigns and internal communication initiatives
• Provide general support across marketing projects as needed

Qualifications

You’re ideal for this role if you have

• 2+ years of marketing experience (IT / SaaS / B2B tech is a strong plus)
• Proven experience creating audience-first content that explains complex topics clearly
• Experience supporting or running Social Media activities
• Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English
• Ability to work independently while collaborating smoothly across teams
• A proactive, creative mindset — you don’t wait to be told what’s broken
