As a Marketing Specialist within the Integrated Marketing team, you will play an active role in helping to support the daily marketing activities and planning initiatives for the Group Home and Auto line of business.

 

How you will create impact:

  • Facilitate and project manage all aspects of Group Home and Auto marketing campaigns, including online (advertising and website), print (advertising and plan sponsor collaterals), social media (organic and paid), email, display campaigns and asset distribution. 
  • Take the initiative to plan, execute and monitor the effectiveness of Group Home and Auto marketing programs. This includes making and applying recommendations based on research, campaign results and sales team input to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor the asset distribution platform, with a focus on ensuring ease of use for the sales team.
  • Manage and monitor ongoing campaign performance and results, including accountability for ensuring distribution of standard reporting metrics with recommendations for review or improvement.
  • Close liaison with Marketing Consultant, other Marketing Specialists, business stakeholders and other cross functional teams to ensure effective integration of new marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.
  • Organize and document processes and procedures across functional teams.
  • Responsible for the execution of programs within a set budget.

    • You have 3-5 years of related experience in a marketing environment with an understanding of marketing complexities, including the nuances of various channels.
    • You have a university degree in marketing/communications or in a related field.
    • You’re experienced with content creation and marketing analytics.
    • You have experience working in marketing and directly with a sales team.
    • You’re flexible and easily adapt to new tools, trends and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
    • You have some experience building marketing strategies that contribute to sales team achievement.

    Expected salary $60,574 - $100,956

    The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.​​

    Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
