Manufacturing Project Manager (all genders welcome)

This role supports reliable delivery execution across complex engineering projects. Acting as a central interface between internal teams, customers and suppliers, the Project Manager helps turn plans and evolving requirements into predictable outcomes. The role contributes to transparency, ownership and follow-through across projects, enabling on-time delivery, revenue realization and customer trust.  
Your Impact

• Support and track delivery schedules across multiple parallel, fast-moving engineering projects, ensuring transparency on timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales, including suppliers and logistics partners, to support on-time, on-quality delivery.
• Support the handling of customer-driven changes during active projects by aligning impacts on execution, delivery and revenue.
• Drive clarification loops between Engineering, Sales, customers and suppliers to close open inputs and unblock progress.
• Maintain accurate project, delivery and shipment data in ERP and project management systems.
• Prepare clear project, delivery and shipment status updates and support KPI tracking related to on-time delivery, quality and revenue conversion.

• Background in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales Engineering or a comparable technical or technical-commercial field.
• +2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, delivery, operations, supply chain or technical sales environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing project logic.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.
• Strong operational, hands-on mindset with high ownership.
• Confident, diplomatic and assertive communicator across teams,customers and suppliers.
• Fluent English required; German strongly preferred.
• Based in Berlin.
