About the Role
We're seeking a Product Manager - Memberships (Analytics & Growth) to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Spacetalk's membership offerings. This role emphasises leveraging analytics to drive growth, retention, and monetisation of households through mobile plans, subscriptions, and network effects.
This position is critical as Spacetalk accelerates its transition to a SaaS and AI-enabled safety platform, supporting rapid membership growth across regions, data-driven personalisation, enhanced retention and acquisition, and compliance with privacy standards. You'll act as a strategic partner to the Director of Product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, experiment with features, and use data to inform enhancements that align with global expansion and user needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Product Excellence: Deliver high-quality, user-centric membership features that drive engagement and satisfaction, ensuring consistent roadmap milestones on time and within scope.
- Growth & Analytics Performance: Meet or exceed achievable growth targets (e.g., ARPU/LTV, retention, members per household, paid conversion), generating actionable insights from analytics to inform business decisions.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure membership products are compliant with regulatory requirements, promoting secure and ethical use of user data in analytics.
- Team Influence: Foster strong collaboration for efficient cross-functional execution, gathering positive feedback from stakeholders on product clarity and impact.

You're a data-savvy product manager passionate about membership models and growth in SaaS environments, with a knack for turning analytics into actionable strategies. You thrive in ambiguous settings, excelling at experimentation and personalisation to boost retention and monetisation. With strong communication skills, you'll collaborate across teams, acting as the voice of the customer to refine offerings. You're adaptable, innovative, and dedicated to driving sustainable growth in a safety-focused platform.
Skills (Essential & Desirable)
Essential:
- Proven experience in product management, owning end-to-end lifecycles from ideation to launch with a focus on growth and analytics.
- Strong expertise in analytics frameworks, A/B testing, user segmentation, and metrics like ARPU/LTV, retention, and conversion.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, and A/B testing platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in membership or subscription models, including household growth, network effects, and viral strategies.
- Familiarity with SaaS monetisation, pricing tests, upsell/cross-sell, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Background in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, or AI-driven personalisation.
- Skills in building dashboards, data pipelines, or privacy impact assessments.
