Description

Job Summary

Join our dynamic marketing team at Fun Spot America Theme Parks and play a key role in shaping unforgettable experiences for families across Florida and Georgia. At Fun Spot America Theme Parks, our thriving marketing team has played a pivotal role in our success. To propel this momentum forward, we are actively seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as a highly hands-on, performance-driven digital marketer focused on growing online ticket revenue and improving full-funnel conversion performance.

This is not a traditional director or people-manager role. While the position may collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners—and may manage 1–2 direct reports in the future—the core expectation is personal ownership and execution of paid media, tracking, reporting, website optimization, and performance improvements.

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will directly manage campaigns, analytics, and optimization efforts across paid media, web, and conversion funnels, with clear accountability for revenue, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate performance.

This is a full-time, salaried (exempt) position. While the standard workweek is based on a 45-hour average, actual hours may vary depending on business needs. Exempt team members are expected to fulfill the responsibilities of their role regardless of the time required and are not eligible for overtime compensation.
