JOB OVERVIEW:
The Worker’s Compensation Case Marketing Manager is a hybrid position, the ideal candidate would be located in the North Florida area. This role will be responsible for determining opportunities for each market the company serves, including identifying new customer prospects and growing existing accounts, developing client specific messaging, assessing the adequacy of existing sales resources in each market, and ensuring that relationship building strategies are consistently executed across the platform. This leader will set the KPIs for the WC Development team and work with field leaders to identify and correct performance deficiencies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Promote The Orthopaedic Institute’s providers and services to key stakeholders in Florida workers' compensation care - adjusters, case managers, employers, networks, attorneys, etc
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, including adjusters, nurse case managers, and physicians.
· Formulation of overall WC growth strategy, including regional and customer segmentation
· Use analytics to recommend actions and guide relationship building strategy for WC referral sources, to include tracking and reporting on activity, KPI creation and monitoring, and maintaining referral source data.
· Develop and maintain relationships with major new and existing accounts to drive workers compensation net patient referrals
· Assess competencies and client needs to ensure that capabilities are aligned with the Workers Comp growth strategy and market demands.
· Consult on opportunities that increase brand awareness, including sponsorships, community events, and business to business opportunities
· Execute effective education, outreach, and marketing to drive work comp referrals while also thinking strategically about crucial partners to scale across the state of Florida.
· Additional work comp related duties as needed.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Work Comp or Marketing Experience required
- Self-starter with a willingness to provide and try new ideas to provide quality patient care
- Background in Orthopedics Preferred
- Business Development Experience Preferred
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or health related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Workers Compensation space, multi-state operations experience including managing teams and multiple departments
- Business development and sales experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to evaluate business needs and read financial statements.
- Ability to consistently communicate a clear understanding of patient/client expectations and adapt as appropriate to exceed their needs.
SKILLS:
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask, manage details, and organize efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrated event planning expertise.
