We are now looking for a hands-on Sales Executive with a strong hunting mindset, logistics understanding, and an established network who wants to be at the forefront of winning new business. The role will be an integral part of Logent’s strategic growth agenda in the Norwegian market.

The Role – Hands-On New Business Sales:

As Sales Executive at Logent, your primary mission is clear: win new customers. You will actively hunt new opportunities within logistics operations and staffing, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to generate business. You will work closely with operations and solution specialists, but you are the one driving the deal from first contact to signed agreement. You will be part of Logent’s Scandinavian sales and business development team and report directly to the Director Business Development Scandinavia. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, approach, and win new customers within Staffing and Logistics operations 

  • Actively use and expand your industry network to create new sales opportunities 

  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, pricing, negotiation, and contract drafting 

  • Work hands-on with customers to understand operational needs and pain points 

  • Drive tenders, proposals, and commercial calculations in close cooperation with operations 

  • Ensure smooth handover of signed customers to operations 

  • Represent Logent in customer meetings, industry events, and relevant trade fairs 

  • Maintain structured sales activity and pipeline management in CRM 

 

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A true hunter with a proven track record of winning new B2B customers 

  • Experience from logistics, contract logistics, supply chain, or staffing services 

  • An existing network within logistics, manufacturing, retail, or industrial segments is a strong advantage 

  • A hands-on, self-driven sales professional who thrives in the field, not behind a desk 

  • Strong commercial mindset with confidence in pricing, negotiations, and closing deals 

  • Ability to translate operational logistics challenges into concrete, sellable solutions 

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English 

  • Driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel within Norway
