Job Description

QA Automation 

The Team is responsible for Innovating & Sustaining the centralized IAM Solutions. 

  • Automating workflows 
  • Advanced Troubleshooting / Bug(s) fixing 
  • SW Upgrade and Patching 

The Tester will work with the other international IMAC team members to realize their objectives, implement continuous improvement plans, and recognize and close security gaps (audits/risks). It is key that will support the DevOps Team in meeting their delivery objectives and thus achieving and maintaining excellent levels of operational performance and customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participating in DevOps activities: daily stand-up, retrospective, refining backlog, sprint review, planning, and delivering sprint goals 
  • Testing the new features/enhancements/automation on the IAM tool along with proper documentation 
  • Proactively preparing test plans and test use cases  
  • Properly documenting findings and test results to be used by a wide range of audiences. Actively working with colleagues within the DevOps team to ensure timely and quality delivery of objectives, including SDM and Developers 
  • Proactively make recommendation(s) for improvements in the tools 
  • Proactively sharing knowledge and assisting fellow (junior) colleagues as and when needed, including knowledge sharing via various channels/tech forums, etc. 

General requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Testing Automation: 
  • Communication skills 
  • A good level of English is required in a global perimeter 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate articulately to a wide range of audiences. 
  • Independent worker, but also a team player.  
  • Good listener, innovative, and eager to learn 
  • Have good analytical skills with the ability to pay attention to detail 

Must-have:

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum/ DevOps way of working 
  • Preparing test plans and test cases 
  • Documenting test results reports & defects 
  • Experience with Integration, Regression & User Acceptance Testing 
  • Knowledge to run, test, and analyze the output of the delivered scripts  
  • Experience with one or more test automation tools like Robot Framework, HP UFT, Selenium, etc. 
  • Beginner scripting experience (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash); 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge / Experience with CICD Pipeline 
  • Hands-on experience with one or more IAM tools like RSA IGL, Sailpoint IIQ, Okta, Saviynt IGA, Microfocus, etc. 
  • Experience with one or more ETL Tools like Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle) 
  • Experience working with Linux (Red Hat) 
  • Knowledge of user stores (LDAPs / AD, etc.); 
  • Knowledge of data stores (SQL); 
  • Tools: LDAP Browser, SQL Developer, JIRA
