Description
Star Lumber & Supply is seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead our organization. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining brand standards across the organization and coordinating marketing efforts internally and externally. This role ensures consistent messaging, professionally produced media, and cost-effective execution across web, social media, advertising, events, and internal communications.
This is an administrative, coordination-focused role that works closely with division leaders, vendors, and leadership to support brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage and update website content
· Coordinate social media presence and online reviews
· Assist with video coordination and production
· Serve as primary contact for media buyers, printers, and layout specialists
· Coordinate production of brochures, flyers, promotional items, and wearables
· Coordinate and assist with company events that involve multiple divisions
· Support showroom traffic initiatives and community visibility
· Document marketing strategies by division
· Provide feedback and coaching to promote consistent execution
· Communicate marketing activity summaries to company leadership
What We’re Looking For:
· 2+ years of marketing, communications, or administrative coordination experience
· Strong operational and project management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software
· Experience working with vendors and outside service providers
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and website content management systems
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
