Job Description
- Bosch Rexroth Ltd is offering one student the opportunity to work with us at our St Neots office on a 12 month placement scheme from July 2026. The size and structure of the department are such that the successful applicant will have exposure to all areas of our business and to a wide variety of facets of the marketing function. The duties and responsibilities outlined below are therefore not exclusive, and other ad hoc tasks and projects will arise.

Job Description
- Coordinating local marketing campaigns
- Creating marketing assets for multi-channel campaigns (adverts, social media posts, webletters etc)
- Supporting internal communications
- Liaising with design and exhibition agencies on departmental projects and initiatives
- Supporting UK events
- Producing return on investment reports
- Internet / website maintenance
- Co-ordination of gift items for customers
Providing general administrative support to the department
Qualifications
- Working towards a business/marketing qualification
- Keen to learn general marketing and business skills
- Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of the business
- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team
- Able to work well within a team environment and have an open and friendly nature
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of desk top publishing tools and Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

This is a role that adds real value to the Marketing Department and will have visibility across the UK business. We are therefore looking to appoint an individual who is keen to develop and demonstrate his or her skills and experience and really make the most of this opportunity.
