Full Stack Developer

Your Team Responsibilities

• Maintaining stability & reliability of production systems
• Enhancing or Building new application
• Building enterprise level high scalable applications

Your Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• We are looking for someone motivated, with a “can do” attitude, a passion for software development, and the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with IT and business representatives.
• The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of Core Java, data structures, concurrency, Java memory model, garbage collection, and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, React JS, and JUnits.
• Apply complex software design patterns using the latest Java technologies.
• The candidate will be responsible for owning and maintaining the stability and reliability of our production systems.
• Proactively identify more efficient processes and initiatives to improve system performance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well with others.
• Initiative to follow through on projects to completion.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to the team.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

• An in-depth knowledge of Core Java, data structures, concurrency, Java memory model, garbage collection, and object-oriented design.
• Spring Framework, Spring Boot, React JS, JUnits.
• Ability to apply complex software design patterns using the latest Java technologies.
• Good understanding of Oracle, PL/SQL.
• In-depth understanding of system performance tuning.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment with demanding requirements (including flexibility to support business outside regular working hours).
• Ability to perform independent work as well as teamwork, including partnership with business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely to peers, senior management, and clients.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Kubernetes/Rancher).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of GWT/GXT
