We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to own the product experience at Valerie - an AI-driven growth and investment platform built for entrepreneurs. The work here is not cosmetic. You will be designing systems that help people make real decisions, and the job is to make that feel straightforward.
You are not handed a design system and asked to fill slots. You are shaping how people interact with AI - what they see, how they move, what they trust. That means real ownership over a product that is still being built.

Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment where things are not always fully defined
Strong UI/UX fundamentals with a clear focus on usability and actual user behaviour
Working knowledge of React or similar frameworks, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
Understanding of how frontend interacts with APIs, data states, and async flows
Comfortable in Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools
Ability to think end-to-end - not just how things look, but how they actually work
Strong product thinking and the ability to introduce original ideas, not just follow templates
Experience designing for AI-driven products - familiarity with data states, async flows, and AI-generated content in UI is strongly preferred.
Open to using AI tools to move faster and work smarter
