What will your role be? 

We are looking for a Quality Manager  to perform the following activities: 

• Lead quality management activities within industrial manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, 5S, FMEA, QRQC, and 8D methodologies.
• Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and supplier quality performance.
• Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to improve product quality and operational performance.
• Provide technical expertise in metallurgy, welding, assembly, dimensional inspection, NDT, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifiche

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 

• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering, including metallurgy, welding, assembly, dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hydraulic systems.
• Proven experience in Quality Management within complex industrial organizations.
• Hands-on knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies, including Audits, LEAN, 5S, FMEA, QRQC, and 8D.

Soft skills: 

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Languages: 

• Italian (Fluent) 
• English (fluent, oral and written)
