- Strong technical expertise in the area of Finance, e.g. developing financial statements, budget development and tracking, asset management, financial modeling, value assurance and financial risk management.

- Experience in defining and implementing KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor transformation progress and impact.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans with knowledge of organizational change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations, as well as technical writing capabilities.

Requirements
- BS'c in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the oil and gas Upstream business.
- Preferred certificates: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Certified Assessor.
