Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to assist customers, provide accurate information, and support a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping others and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information regarding company products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards during customer interactions.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support additional customer service initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and accurate recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
