As a key member of our Newcastle Residential team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and transact across a diverse portfolio of residential homes and apartments throughout the Newcastle region
- Leverage your marketing expertise and sales strategy to match buyers with the right properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
- Manage and convert a high volume of leads and enquiries
- Drive revenue growth and meet annual sales targets
- Maintain a strong local market presence through networking and stakeholder engagement
- Take ownership of your pipeline, ensuring a highly organised and proactive approach
Qualifications
You are an ambitious, results-driven real estate professional who thrives in a high-performance environment.
You will bring:
- A current Real Estate Licence
- Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive to exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, market listings and close deals effectively
- A proactive approach to networking and relationship building
