Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Establish and manage customer databases, perform customer segmentation, and evaluate customer creditworthiness and business potential.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, product demand, market trends, inventory movement, and customer-related data to support business decision-making.
- Create and implement effective localized marketing and sales plans to strengthen brand awareness, expand market presence, and drive sustainable business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, pricing coordination, invoicing, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute business strategies within the assigned region, leading and managing the sales team to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Good communication in Thai and English is okay. Chinese and Thai is preferred.
- Have some knowledge about Thai market is a plus.
