Job Description
- Serve as the system engineer for residential wall hung boiler products, ensuring alignment between product requirements, controls, electronics, testing, and supplier deliverables.
Responsible for system engineering activities for residential boiler products. - Define and manage product requirements, functional specifications, and system architecture.
- Develop and maintain boiler control logic and ensure proper integration between mechanical, electrical, and software functions.
- Lead system-level verification and validation activities, including functional and performance testing.
- Act as the technical interface between internal teams and external suppliers.
- Define and manage requirements for ACU modules, including PCB, embedded software, communication interfaces, and HMI.
- Support issue investigation, root cause analysis, and technical problem solving during product development.
- Maintain and improve engineering processes and documentation platforms, including Jira and Docupedia.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power and energy engineering, Control Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience in system engineering, product development, or controls engineering, with boiler, HVAC, or related industries experience will be a big plus.
- Good understanding of residential HVAC systems, product functions, and control strategies, boiler experience will be a plus.
- Familiar with electronic control systems, including PCB architecture, embedded software, and HMI concepts.
- Experience working with external suppliers and managing technical requirements.
- Familiar with requirement management and product development processes.
- Experience with Jira, or similar engineering management tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
