Job Description

The Confirmed Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large-scale software development or multidisciplinary initiatives from conception to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline expectations, and acting as a key partner for internal and external stakeholders. A background or exposure to financial audit processes is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
  • Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, QA, designers, vendors, business experts).
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
  • Understand software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Required Profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in project management, with references.
  • Experience in software development environments or multidisciplinary projects.
  • Exposure to financial audit principles is a strong advantage.
