Crypto Finance Manager

This is a hands-on role with two clear priorities: keeping crypto financial records accurate and well-controlled, and driving finance processes to be faster and more reliable. Alongside that, you'll own the monthly close coordination and consolidation — with full visibility across the company's financial operations and accountability for accurate reporting across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

Crypto Reporting & Reconciliation

• Coordinate, maintain, and improve crypto data flows across wallets, exchanges, custody providers, digital asset locations, internal finance systems, crypto accounting tools, and accounting records.

• Manage crypto balance and transaction reconciliations across wallets, exchanges, crypto accounting tools, and accounting records.

• Prepare crypto finance reports to support month-end close, management reporting, audits, and internal controls.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Improve, automate, and standardize internal finance systems, reports, reconciliations, and financial data flows.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across finance processes.

Monthly Close Coordination & Consolidation

• Own the monthly close and consolidation across multiple legal entities — from data validation through to the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

• Liaise with local chief accountants and external service providers to ensure the close is complete, accurate, and on schedule.

• Support compliance with local accounting, tax, payroll, and reporting requirements across all relevant jurisdictions.

Ad-hoc Support

• Support ad hoc finance, accounting, and crypto operations requests from management and cross-functional teams.

• Prepare one-off analyses, reconciliations, reports, and data extracts as needed for internal decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years in finance, audit, analytics, or financial operations.

• 2–3+ years working directly with crypto finance processes: reconciliations, digital asset accounting, or reporting (strongly preferred).

• Hands-on experience with ERPs, crypto accounting or reporting tools, and analytical platforms.

• Experience working with large, high-volume transaction datasets.

• A track record of automating finance reports or reconciliation workflows is a strong advantage.

Education

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.

Skills & Mindset

• Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, digital assets, and the development of the crypto industry.

• Structured thinking and the ability to present complex data, issues, and conclusions in a clear and practical way.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of ownership over processes from start to finish.

• Fluent English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
