Your Role

As a Telematics Product Manager, you will lead the development of our vehicle data capabilities as part of our innovative product platform. Your role combines hands-on operational execution with strategic product management, ensuring our solutions exceed client expectations and pave the way for our future.

• Own the product definition for the Vehicle Data Hub & API Gateway, incorporating reusable capabilities for connected-fleet products.
• Collaborate with product managers across local markets to align on use cases and integrations for enhanced product delivery.
• Manage the delivery of operational MVPs for local markets while developing strategic components for scalability across regions.
• Translate complex fleet, product, partner, and business needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Ensure that connected-vehicle capabilities are developed as comprehensive end-to-end solutions focused on delivering customer value.
• Discover and document priority connected vehicle use cases alongside customers and stakeholders to identify product requirements and value pools.
• Build and maintain a robust use-case map for fleet applications, focusing on maintenance, driver behavior, and fraud control.
• Shape and prioritize MVP scope for initial rollouts, including telematics integration and data requirements.
• Define product roadmaps emphasizing partner connectivity, data ingestion, governance, and API development, leveraging collaborative online platforms for customer and partner access.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful API integration and data handling, fostering a seamless connected-fleet experience.

Who You Are

• Proven track record as a data product manager, ideally with experience in telematics, connected vehicles, fleet SaaS, or mobility data.
• Strong expertise in operational analysis to develop technical specifications and drive solution delivery.
• High-level strategic thinker with hands-on experience translating product vision into actionable tasks that impact business objectives.
• Comfortable working with technical teams on APIs, data quality, and governance, while maintaining a user-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving results in ambiguous and resource-constrained environments.
