Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by prospecting, networking, and tapping into community contacts to generate leads and fill your sales pipeline.

• Present and educate clients on our full suite of insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) using consultative sales techniques.

• Assess client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions that provide real value and protection.

• Manage the full sales cycle: identify prospects, consult, present solutions, and close deals to grow your book of business.

• Foster lasting relationships and generate referrals through outstanding customer service.

• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Stay current on market trends and product enhancements to remain competitive.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, persuasive personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a passion for surpassing sales goals.

• Ability to work independently and manage time to maximize opportunities.

• Prior sales or client-facing experience preferred but not required.

• Willingness to obtain and maintain a Michigan insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).
