Senior Contract Manager Execution

Job Description

The Senior Contract Manager opportunity, will be based in Casablanca, Morocco. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive commercial, legal, and contractual support across all project phases, including contract review, negotiations, risk management, procurement, and dispute resolution. Main responsibilities, not limited to:

• Provide commercial, legal, and contractual support in pre-award stages by reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and advising on risks

• Assist procurement with subcontractor and supplier negotiations, ensuring compliance with key contractual and regional requirements

• Act as the main point of contact for contract management post-award, resolving issues with clients, partners, and suppliers

• Oversee project financials, payments, insurance, claims, and change management to protect business interests and ensure compliance

• Collaborate with project teams to manage risks, ensure compliance, and continuously apply up-to-date legal and commercial knowledge

Qualifications

• Civil law legal education, common law in addition an advantage
• Experience in the construction of industrial plant project delivery, or adjacent technology
• Proficient with standard form (NEC, IChemE, FIDIC) and bespoke contracts
• Profound contract management knowledge with sound experience in change management and producing claims
• Business fluent in French and English a must have.  Arabic an advantage
