About your tasks

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job advertisements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews with qualified applicants and handling all related administrative tasks.
Your main focus will be recruiting for roles typically found within a Distribution Center, ranging from Supply Chain Managers and Warehouse Team Leads to other office-based functions and operational warehouse employees. In addition, you will support recruitment for office-based positions across our international locations, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands.
You will organize and lead applicant days, creating engaging opportunities to connect with potential talent in an interactive setting.
Together with your manager (based in the Netherlands) and colleagues in the Pilsen team, you will develop and implement talent attraction strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of qualified applications.
You will work closely with hiring managers, providing effective stakeholder management and ensuring recruitment needs are met efficiently and successfully.

About you

You have completed vocational training or hold a degree, ideally in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
You bring at least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally including both blue-collar and office-based hiring.
Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to engage and attract candidates, present confidently to groups, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
You are fluent in Czech and have a good command of English for business communication.
You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable using data to evaluate recruitment strategies and measure their effectiveness.
