Rider Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring and coordinating the onboarding of new employees.

What you 'll do:

• Work with the Rider Management/Logistics team to develop recruiting strategies and create innovative ways to source candidates. This includes working with local universities/colleges and community job boards to post the roles

• Manage the full cycle rider recruitment, including but not limited to:

  • Contacting and managing prospective candidates

  • Scheduling test rides for riders

  • Screening drivers for capability and experience

  • Scheduling onboarding sessions and ensuring sessions are all filled

  • Supporting rider orientations

• Assisting with administrative functions for local leads, such as ensuring that new hire processes and documentations are completed

• Support the new hires with their questions during the first few weeks (eg. first week questions regarding payroll)

• Work with the rider management teams to ensure that the weekly targets and reporting needs are met

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR or relevant field is a plus

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Good time management skills

• Proficiency with excel/office/gdocs is essential

• Tech and media savvy
