We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts. Your main mission will be finding and engaging top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

This position is perfect for someone who doesn’t want to be "just a recruiter" and is eager to understand how the whole business operates from the inside.
In this role you will:
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle everything from drafting job ads to conducting interviews and coordinating offers for Sales, IT, Engineering, and Admin roles.
- Source & Headhunt: Actively search for and reach out to passive candidates (mostly via LinkedIn) to build a steady pipeline of talent.
- Partner with Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and guide them through the selection process.
- Ensure Candidate Experience: Keep candidates informed and engaged at every step, ensuring professional and timely feedback.
- Track Progress: Use recruitment data and tools (ATS) to keep the process organized and efficient.
- Office Flow: Assisting with daily office operations, including supplies and internal information flow.
- Safety & Correspondence: Helping with correspondence and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) processes.
What we expect of you:
- 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Strong sourcing skills: You know how to find and approach talent beyond just posting an ad.
- Great communication: You are fluent in English and Lithuanian and enjoy building relationships.
- Self-organization: You can manage multiple roles at once while staying focused on quality.
- Results-driven mindset: You are motivated by finding the right match and closing positions.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 24 Eur/h (~2975 Eur— 3960 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
Contract: Fixed-term (maternity cover), expected duration 18–24 months.
