Job Description
We're looking for a HR Administrator to join our team in Carrick-on-Shannon. You will be responsible for providing excellent HR administration and support to the business in a cost effective and efficient manner.
The role will involve:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring all compliance documentation are up to date
- Preparing and issuing employee contracts and schedules
- Managing and resolving requests and queries within the TMS system
- Monitoring and responding to HR and company inboxes
- Coordinating long service awards process
- Managing sickness documentation and communications for employees
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Collaborating with departments such as Marketing and Learning & Development
- Managing, ordering and inventory of company merchandise and uniforms
- Supporting recruitment activities, including attending career fairs
- Assisting with apprenticeship programmes from recruitment through to completion
- Maintaining professional knowledge through training and networking
- Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Interest in developing within HR or related discipline.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
