Job Description

In this role, you’ll support the management of a key office asset in Bendigo for a major client. You’ll play a hands-on role in building strong local relationships while helping drive high standards across operations, presentation, and performance.

This opportunity will suit someone who is comfortable working independently on-site while staying connected to a wider team, with a strong focus on day-to-day operations, forward planning, and client engagement.

What you’ll be driving:

  • Ensure building compliance and support continuous improvement of engineering standards across the asset
  • Oversee the day-to-day presentation, security, maintenance, and safety of the property
  • Support management of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, tracking performance against forecasts
  • Act as a key local contact for the client, tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Partner closely with Property Managers to deliver accurate and timely client reporting
  • Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively

Qualifications

  • Background in Facilities, Engineering, or Building Management within a commercial environment
  • Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating with a broader team
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Experience with computer-based building maintenance and management systems
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
