Note: This is a hybrid position that operates on a rotating shift basis.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in serving as the bridge between clients and our talented gig workforce.
- Learn to manage client job postings and maintain clear, transparent communication to align on hiring needs.
- Assist in sourcing and attracting talent tailored specifically to the requirements of each role.
- Support the processing of payments for gig workers accurately and efficiently.
- Work alongside the Client Success team by handling initial after-sales queries and troubleshooting client issues.
- Learn to multitask across client needs and gig worker support, maintaining a fast response rate and seamless workflow.
- Approach new challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude.

Who You Are:
- Current student or recent graduate looking for a hands-on internship, with a willingness to work on a rotating shift basis.
- A strong interest in the HRTech, staffing, or recruitment industry (prior experience is a plus, but not required!).
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, excelling in both written and online interactions.
- Strong skills in prioritising, multitasking, and following up with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Google Suite applications to streamline daily tasks.
- Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
