Lead, develop, and motivate the plant SQM team – ensure the right resources, competencies, efficiency, and team performance
Take full responsibility for all SQM activities within the location / respective BA
Implement and control advanced, failure‑prevention‑oriented quality management measures in the design and development phase of supplied goods and services
Ensure that all supplied products meet defined quality requirements
Implement, maintain, and improve the Supplier Quality Management System (procedures, guidelines, tools) in line with AUMOVIO quality strategies
Drive root cause analysis and ensure definition and implementation of effective corrective actions at suppliers
Execute consistent supplier management activities to track and eliminate any quality deviations (zero tolerance for defects)

Technical academic degree or comparable technical education
Several years of experience in SQM, Quality, R&D, or other relevant technical areas
Someone who can work both strategically and hands‑on
A person focused on defect prevention, process efficiency, and stable supplier quality
Proven experience in a leadership position is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills are essential
