Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our mechanical design team and contribute to the successful delivery of diverse and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Mechanical Design team across multiple projects.
• Develop and review HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems designs.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to achieve seamless project integration.
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage project workloads, schedules, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases.
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions when required.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a mechanical design team.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.

Software Proficiency:

• Revit MEP
• AutoCAD
• HAP
• Elite Software
• Strong knowledge and Experience of BIM coordination and design workflows.
